Customer Service Skill Set – FREE for eligible students

📌 7 sessions at Collie Campus and in partnership with Collie Visitor Centre
⏰ Term 4 2021: 20-21 October, 27-28 October, 10-11 November, 18 November
🚩 Each session runs from 9am to 3pm

Learn to communicate effectively, provide quality service, and deal effectively with people from a range of social and cultural groups.

You will also learn how to follow infection prevention and control policies and procedures within a customer service context.

 

The course includes:

► SITXCCS006 Provide service to customers

► SITXCOM002 Show social and cultural sensitivity

► HLTINFCOV001 Comply with infection prevention and control policies and procedures
