CCCI offers a variety of spaces available for hire, from hot desks to meeting rooms and corporate office spaces—all with parking and access to a communal kitchen. Enjoy free self-serve coffee and tea while you work, and take advantage of our prime location, just a short walk from Collie’s CBD.

Each room is fully furnished and includes free Wi-Fi, with access to a printer, laminator, binder, and shredder for your convenience. Not-for-profits or bookings over 5 days may be eligible for a discount. For more details, please contact CCCI.

Corporate Desk

Need a private space for your team to work or hold a focused meeting? Our Corporate Desk offers the perfect solution! This private room comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and features an L-shaped desk for 3, along with a screen for easy laptop connectivity.

Hire Rates:

  • $30 per hour
  • $110 per half day (3 hours)
  • $220 per full day (6 hours)

Hot Desk

Looking for a flexible workspace? Our Hot Desk options have you covered! Choose from two setups to suit your needs:

  • Option 1: Monitor, keyboard, and mouse—perfect for plugging in your laptop.
  • Option 2: Desktop with dual screens for enhanced productivity.

Hire Rates:

  • $15 per hour
  • $40 per half day (3 hours)
  • $80 per full day (6 hours)
