Deputy Principal
As the Deputy Principal you will be an integral part of our dedicated executive team, to develop and promote the school’s vision and values in the school community. The Deputy Principal will also work collaboratively with HOLA’s, teachers and support staff in implementing the priorities of the School Plan. This include delivering a viable and guaranteed curriculum across the phases of learning, and implementing school wide Conditions for Learning. To be successful in this role you will ideally be a passionate educator, committed to making a difference in the lives of young people and have a thorough understanding of restorative practices and have a passion for staff and student wellbeing. Taking into consideration the school’s business plans, financial and budget considerations, and legislative requirements, your professional knowledge will ideally include the ability to allocate resources through collaborative planning and timetabling to ensure that students receive a broad range of curriculum experiences. You should have a clear understanding of the learning environment required to prepare early adolescent students for success in senior school and beyond.
