Maintenance Technician Fabricator
This role is a Permanent position on a 42 hours per week even time continuous shift roster. Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury (45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night.
Please note that accommodation is not provided on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out to site on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie.
Manager Operations
To succeed in this role, you will bring significant experience in a senior civil or operations management role, supported by strong technical knowledge across infrastructure construction and maintenance. You will demonstrate proven leadership capability, highly developed financial and project management skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and resources. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with systems such as Synergy or project management tools, are essential. Local Government experience will be highly regarded.

Suitable applicants will have the oppurtunity to work in partnership with key service providers to coordinate and deliver activities that aim to support and engage SAER. They should have the ability to facilitate restorative meetings to allow students to resolve conflict in a proactive manner and follow up to ensure the agreed outcomes continue beyond these meetings.
Technical Services Coordinator
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in coordinating and delivering civil engineering works, including roads, drainage and infrastructure maintenance, along with proven supervisory capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, sound knowledge of tendering and traffic management, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, with Local Government experience and familiarity with RAMM or similar systems highly regarded.
