Accountant
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will work at Griffin Coal’s Ewington Minesite in Collie to support the financial and accounting operations of the business.
In this role your duties will include but are not limited to:
Co-ordinating finance systems to ensure timely and accurate production of accounts and reports including;
– monthly management reporting;
– project and funding specific audited accounts; and
– end of year accounts.
Liaison with site departments to develop budgets and monitor expenses.
Monitoring project costs against approved budgets, identifying potential variances and working with site-based teams to take corrective actions;
Ensuring supplier payments are made in line with agreed terms and conditions; and
Supporting the annual audit process and developing strategies to address any issues arising from audit.

Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor Maintenance
Reporting to the Superintendent Electrical Maintenance, the purpose of the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor Maintenance role is to lead a team of maintenance electrical/instrument technicians to ensure the safe, cost effective and productive execution of maintenance and scheduled work activities to support the operations at Worsley Alumina Refinery.
This role will be offered on a Permanent basis working a Day Shift roster 4 x 10-hour days per week.
This role will be based at our Worsley Alumina Refinery which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.
As there is no accommodation on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – MOBILE
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, direction and co-ordination to the Maintenance crew so that production outcomes are achieved, and work completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise maintenance activities ensuring planned maintenance schedules are achieved;
Effectively managing crew members including job allocation, attendance and performance;
Co-ordinate effective interactions between production and maintenance personnel;
Completing daily supervisor shift reports;
Actively participate in safety meetings, safety audits, behaviour observations, incident reporting and investigations; and
Utilise resources effectively and facilitate cost reduction initiatives.
