Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, direction and co-ordination to the Maintenance crew so that production outcomes are achieved, and work completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. Duties include but are not limited to: 

Supervise maintenance activities ensuring planned maintenance schedules are achieved;

Effectively managing crew members including job allocation, attendance and performance;

Co-ordinate effective interactions between production and maintenance personnel;

Completing daily supervisor shift reports;

Actively participate in safety meetings, safety audits, behaviour observations, incident reporting and investigations; and

Utilise resources effectively and facilitate cost reduction initiatives.

Reporting to the Safety & Training Manager, the Training Co-ordinator will be responsible for all training, assessment and development aspects of the open-cut mining operation. The training process and delivery will meet operational needs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and site policy.

As the Senior Gardener – Handyperson, you will work to manage and provide gardening, grounds and facility management to ensure a safe and clean school environment. You will be expected to maintain and present the school grounds and gardens in an attractive, clean and tidy condition, and provide a suitable growing environment for both soft and hard landscaping, including turf management in liaison with the Manager Corporate Services. The successful applicant may also be required to perform minor repairs and maintenance as requested, as well as other Gardener – Handyperson duties in accordance with the Department’s policies and guidelines including supervision of tasks performed by any Assistant Gardener employed in the future.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor BRDA Operations as Operator Refinery Process – BRDA, the purpose of this role is to safely execute residue deposition, surface dewatering and statutory dam inspection activities according to the schedule and operate the physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by HSEC requirements, the operations standards and operating procedures.
