Administration Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Officer to provide payroll and administrative support in a fast-paced, industrial site environment.
This role requires high volume data entry, adherence to strict deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 8-hour days in a 10-month Role with a view for extension / ongoing long term work, in an office in Worsley.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing timesheets
- Payroll Data Entry
- Invoicing and sales order creation
- Correspondence with site contacts, supervisors, and client
- Phone and email communication
- General administration tasks
Skills & experience
- Previous experience with high volume payroll data entry
- Experience working in a similar position and or environment (Industrial Site)
- Proficiency in JDE, Coupa and Excel
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Administration and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
