Contracts Administrator
Due to growth and success the Directors would now like to add to their already successful team with the addition of an experienced Contracts Administrator. This role is temporary with the option of transitioning into a full time role.
The vacancy:
Source and engage credible and reliable suppliers and vendors
Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
Draft and deliver contracts to KPIs as agreed upfront with Business Development Manager
Work with a legal representative as and where needed to ensure contract terms are drafted with utmost care
Review and manage existing contracts
Build and manage relationships with existing vendors
Develop business proposals and complete tender documentation/submissions to relevant standards
Timely invoicing and retrieval through relationship building
Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
Oversee and manage the systems that host the various contracts, track inventory, and the supply of goods
Accountable for the timely execution and delivery of contracts
To apply:
Proven success in a Procurement / Contracts Admin Role within Australia
2 or more years proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and management skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
