We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Mechanical Technicians for our 2025 Outage in May. These are casual positions required for the duration of the planned outage in May 2025.

Successful candidates must be willing and able to make themselves available for work at short notice, including 10.5 hour shifts, 7 days per week as required.

What you’ll have

  • Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Safe Working at Heights Ticket (obtained within the last two years)
  • Nationally Accredited Confined Space Ticket (obtained within the last two years)
  • Construction Safety Awareness (blue/white) card
  • High Risk Work Licence – Cranes, Dogging, Rigging, Scaffolding, Forklift, or EWP
  • Experience in the Power Generation sector, preferably on coal-fired power stations (previous outage experience preferred)
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen and
