Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to a high standard
- Pruning shrubs, trees, and plants to promote healthy growth and aesthetics
- Weeding, mulching, and soil preparation to maintain healthy beds
- Planting and plant care
- Lawn care, fertilizing, and irrigation system maintenance
- General garden upkeep, including cleaning, clearing, and maintaining garden tools
- Providing professional advice to clients on plant care and garden design
- Working safely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in garden maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of garden plants, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces
- Ability to perform manual tasks and work outdoors in all seasons
- Full driver’s license with own vehicle and equipment
- Customer-focused attitude with great communication skills
