We are expanding and looking for great local staff to join our crew at Collie Hills Village.

We are seeking a dedicated Handyperson Worker to join our team. The Handyperson Worker will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and visually appealing for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Repair or replace broken equipment or fixtures.
• Assist in maintaining the grounds by mowing lawns and trimming shrubs.
• Handle general cleaning duties and ensure areas are tidy and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments and assist as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests.
• Work closely with management to achieve required targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance work or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic repair techniques and maintenance tools.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour.
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications a plus.
• National Police Clearance.
• WA state drivers licence.
