Reception and Administration
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. You will also assist with reservations, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
Seeking a positive, driven and enthusiastic person with a very hands on approach, whom loves a challenge, can work as part of a team and also autonomously. This role requires confidence – excellent sales and organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
Major Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist guests with reservations and inquiries
- Provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinating reservations
- Maintaining client contacts
- Guest services
- Site walks
- Catering and conferencing
- Maintaining stationary and office supplies
- Coordination of couriers and mail
- Accurate and efficient management of information
- Storage filing systems
- General day to day Front Office operations and hotel guest services
- Coordinate room cleaning
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Having a RSA would be desirable
