About the Role:

ComfortStyle is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team on a part time basis. This role offers a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight, with varying hours across the fortnight to suit business needs Weekend availability is required, and additional hours may be offered to cover staff leave or peak periods, therefore a flexible approach to scheduling is essential.

Main duties include but are not are not be limited to:

  • Sales & customer service
  • Merchandising, price ticketing and maintaining a clean sales floor
  • Invoice processing and associated administrative tasks
  • Receiving merchandise and assisting with stock placements and displays
  • Assisting with customer deliveries, pick-ups and furniture assembly periodically

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in selling directly to customers and achieving set targets and goals
  • Confidence in sales abilities and a talent for selling while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers
  • Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Positive mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Must be available to work weekends periodically
  • Physically fit to lift and support merchandising and assist with customer collections when necessary
