Belong at Home is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and solutions-focused person to join our team.

Belong at Home is a highly respected not-for-profit local organisation, providing a range of services to older people and their carers throughout the South West of WA, with offices in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook and Bridgetown. This role is based at Belong at Home’s office in Collie.

As a key member of the Collie team, you will have excellent communication skills, an empathetic attitude and understanding of older people and be solution focused.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Timely scheduling response to action new service referrals
  • Respect & incorporate client preferences and choices in planning
  • Timely, accurate and compliant scheduling of services for both the Collie and Bridgetown team.
  • Regular communication to stakeholders by phone, or one on one
  • Prompt response to client schedule concerns related to complaints;
  • Ensure roster is published 2 weeks in advance at all times;
  • Support of staff and volunteers, to ensure service delivery is high quality, safe and dependable;
  • Represent Belong at Home positively and professionally at all times;
  • Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement ideas and initiatives;

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Scheduling position or similar is required.
  • Proficiency in using internal databases and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proven administration experience and data entry background;
  • Understanding of WHS and experience managing them in the workplace.
  • Understanding of issues relating to aged care.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent time management skills;
