Site Administrator (Maintenance)
These are residential positions so to be considered the successful applicants must have accommodation and live within commuting distance of Collie, Western Australia.
Role Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support functions to the Maintenance and Supply department to achieve the most efficient and effective levels of safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Responsible for administration support, secretarial service, and other duties as directed.
Desirable experience and qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Administrator
- Knowledge of ERP and CMMS systems
- Advanced level of skills with the Microsoft office with emphasis on Microsoft suite
- Strong data entry skills
- WA C Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
Remuneration: $42.89 per hour casual base plus $2.58 hourly bonus paid on all hours worked.
