The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Upper Primary Teacher who excels in building positive relationships and creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, a natural ability to communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, and a strong commitment to fostering students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
As a key member of our teaching team, you will create a safe, supportive classroom where high expectations are set, and students are encouraged to develop a positive mindset. You will be responsible for implementing a range of evidence-based teaching practices that promote the whole-school approach to student well-being and achievement.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver an engaging, curriculum while using student data and the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) to respond to individual learning needs. You will also play an active part in promoting positive behaviour through our Positive Behaviour Support framework, contributing to our caring and inclusive school culture.
