Our client, based in Collie, is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer on a temporary basis, for their mining operations to ensure production outcomes are achieved in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Role Description:

Performing general warehousing functions, including issuing orders, receiving goods, inventory management and stock take.

You will be responsible for ordering within budget and on time as well as identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to reduce waste, cost and improve overall efficiency.

You will also perform general housekeeping duties, including loading and unloading freight, support repairs and maintenance of warehouse facilities, and efficiently and effectively manage customer enquiries.

Experience/Compencies Required:

• Excellent customer service and problems solving skills
• Literate in Procurement or ERP systems (Pronto)
• Competence in Materials Management; Dangerous & Hazardous Materials Handling; and Manual Handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Resource industry experience
• Valid WA “C” class driver’s licence (essential)
• A Class Fork Lift Licence
• Ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

Remuneration:

Based on progressive roster – Start Mon-Friday Days > Shift Roster Days Only >  Shift Roster Day/Night – $45 > $57 > $60 (including temporary allowance 5%)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration/Term: Temporary to December 2025.
