In this pivotal role, you will ensure the preparation, coordination, and management of workpacks, driving the smooth execution of project activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, compile, and manage workpacks, ensuring all necessary documentation, drawings, and specifications are included.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all workpack-related documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on workpack requirements. Conduct thorough reviews of workpacks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate the delivery and distribution of workpacks according to the project schedule, ensuring timely availability for execution teams.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in workpacks, collaborating with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workpack processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and quality enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction, engineering, or energy sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
