International Graphite (ASX:IG6) is on track to be the first producer of battery anode graphite in Western Australia to supply the growing demand for Lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles and green energy storage.

Collie is the hub of the Company’s downstream processing facilities. A pilot scale plant has been commissioned with a 3000tpa micronising facility expected to be operational in 2024. The Company is also planning a graphite mine at its Springdale Graphite Project, near Hopetoun/Ravensthorpe, to provide feedstock for the Collie operation. This will create an exciting mine-to-market graphite supply chain right here in Western Australia.
