Volunteer South West has the vision of seeing people belong and thrive in inclusive, connected communities and our purpose is to strengthen, support and celebrate volunteering endeavours in our community.
We understand that recruiting volunteers has been a challenge in this new landscape of volunteering in our post-COVID world. We want to offer you extra support to ensure that your community group or organisation keeps thriving. To this end we are offering free membership to the end of the 2023-2024 financial year. You will also be given opportunity for attending free training workshops – both face-to-face and online and will have the opportunity to nominate one of your current volunteers for the South West Volunteer of the Year award.
