Major Shutdown Coordinator
This role is a Permanent position on 8-day fortnight at our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.
The Major Shutdown Coordinator is a critical leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale shutdowns within the Calcination, Liquor Burner, and Energy assets. Reporting directly to South32 Major shutdown Superintendent, the Coordinator will also have supervisors as direct reports while overseeing a diverse team of contractors and ensuring efficient, safe, and timely project delivery during shutdown periods, typically involving a 60-hour workweek.
Mechanical Fitter
The role of Mechanical Fitter will see you working with our team in Muja and responsible for general Mechanical Fitting duties with coal conveying systems including all maintenance of conveyors, transfer chutes, gear boxes, pulleys plus ancillary plant and any other repairs associated with the coal plant as directed by the Supervisors and/or the planners. All while ensuring all critical deadlines and priority work are met for both fixed and mobile plant.
Night Fill Team Member – Woolworths Collie
Starting in the afternoons or evenings, your work in restocking our shelves is vital in keeping the store ticking and our customers happy. Regular use of store equipment including pallet jacks, cutting tools, PPE for cold areas as required will be tools provided to support you in delivering a great offer to our customers.

OHS Co-Ordinator (Compliance)
GPH Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced OHS Co-Ordinator (Compliance) for a local mining role (DIDO) in the South West working a 43.72 hour week 7&7 Day Shift family friendly roster. Temporary as per site requirements (possibility for permanent engagement in future).
This is a residential position and to be considered the successful applicant must have accommodation and live within commuting distance of Collie, Western Australia.
Reporting to the OHS Superintendent, the OHS Co-ordinator will be responsible for monitoring safety compliance, proactively promoting hazard awareness and controlling risk throughout the operation.
Operator Entry level
This role is a Permanent position on a roster continuous DS/NS roster, DIDO to our Worsley Alumina Refinery near Collie. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, as an Entry level Operator your role is to safely execute production activities at an operation as per the schedules and work instructions. Operate on the physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by the Operations standards and operating procedure. All under the supervision of a suitability qualified operator.
Operator Mine
This role is a Permanent position on an even time sportsman’s 5,4,5 roster, DIDO from our Boddington Bauxite Mine, is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).
This role reports to the Supervisor Mine Services. As the Operator Mine, you’ll play a crucial role in executing operational activities by operating equipment. You’ll ensure all tasks are completed in line with Boddington Bauxite Mine standards, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Join us in driving excellence in our mining operations! The mine services team conduct a variety of operating tasks aiding in the development and preparation of ore benches and in preparing areas for rehabilitation.

As the Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer you will be responsible for the integrity of the tailings and water storage facilities on site during operation, construction and closure phases of these facilities.
The RTFE should understand the tailings and water storage facilities for which they are responsible, the risks, and the manner in which those risks are being managed, including any failures, deficiencies, or opportunities for improvement. They should be regularly informed by evaluations of performance and review of results conducted as part of the tailings management system, results of the tailings safety review process and be apprised of any significant developments in between these activities, including production and ore body changes.
