Collie Chamber of Commerce & Industry
The Collie Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc (CCCI) is a proactive body supporting economic growth and business development in the Collie region. The CCCI supports its members by running events that benefit the business community, lobbying government departments on behalf of local businesses, and providing access to information and resources to help businesses grow and prosper. As a not-for-profit, member-based organisation, the Chamber receives no external funding for its day-to-day operations.
The CCCI continues to play a role in the Collie Just Transition and is committed to developing collaborations with other South-West Chambers of Commerce to leverage resources and expertise. Working closely with stakeholders, the Chamber advocates for increased local content and local procurement opportunities. This proactive approach has increased awareness of the support offered by the Chamber and contributed to its growth and diversity, with membership now exceeding 200.
Management and Governance
The Chamber is managed by Chief Executive Officer Tara van Beuningen and Administration Officer Kym Gibson, with Jackie employed as an Administration Assistant through the School-Based Traineeship Program. The elected Executive Committee, comprised of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, and Committee Members, determines the policies of the Chamber. The Management Committee meets on the second Wednesday of every month, and members are welcome to attend.

The CCCI offers a range of versatile spaces for hire to suit different business needs. Our hot desks provide flexible workspaces for freelancers, startups, and small teams. Meeting rooms are perfect for team sessions, workshops, or client presentations, while corporate desk spaces offer short-term office solutions for small teams, complete with Wi-Fi, printing, laminating, and a communal kitchen. Not-for-profits and longer bookings may be eligible for discounted rates.
