Introducing Dale — Counselling Practitioner Registered with The Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
Dale is a professional counselling practitioner who has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling with a Major in Family and Child Support. She is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and an Accredited Practitioner, committed to ethical, evidence‑based, and client‑centred care.
At Empowering Counselling Services, Dale offers a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where your experiences are heard and valued without judgment. Her practice is trauma‑informed and nervous‑system‑aware, recognising the ways stress, past experiences, and the body’s natural protective responses can shape how we think, feel, and relate.
Dale works from an integrated, person‑centred approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to support deeper self‑awareness and meaningful change. Her style is attentive, down‑to‑earth, and empathetic, creating an environment where clients can feel grounded, supported, and understood.
She supports clients to explore thoughts, behaviours, and relationships — including early messages and life scripts that may be influencing current challenges. Research shows that the counselling relationship itself can be a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and transformation.

ONLINE COUNSELLING CONSULTS
Consulting Hours: 9 to 5 pm (note: if there is a need for or a cluster of clients to have a face-to-face consult, I will hire a room at the CCCI, possibly one day per week, or as needed)
Initial Consult: Comprehensive introductory session $120
Standard Consult: Individual Sessions 60 Minutes $110
Standard Consult: Students’ $90
