CCCI Partners In Safety Business Connections – Trade Night

The Collie Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) is proud to announce the next Business Connections event, spotlighting the grand opening of Partners In Safety, a dynamic new business founded by local couple Alecia and Peter Swan.

Born from Alecia’s vision to address a gap in the local safety supply chain, Partners In Safety is already making a strong impression after just five months of operation. Backed by funding from the Collie Futures Small Grant Program, the business offers a one-stop solution for tradespeople, small businesses, and industry professionals across the region. The store provides trusted safety gear, knowledgeable service, and practical, community-focused support.

CCCI’s Business Connections Trade Night not only celebrated the Swans’ entrepreneurial journey but also explored how safety and sustainability are shaping the future of local industries. The event was interactive with engaging presentations, valuable networking, exclusive product insights, quizzes, giveaways, and a hands-on environment featuring conversations around PPE recycling and sustainability in the safety industry.

Celebrating Community and Connection

The evening brought together local business owners, tradespeople, and community members in a relaxed and welcoming setting filled with conversation, collaboration, and celebration. Adding to the fun were several prize giveaways, which brought plenty of smiles and applause. Tyler from Collie Radiator Service won the door prize, while Jarred, also from Collie Radiator Service, walked away with a $100 Bisley voucher. Kathy from Collabs was thrilled to receive a Bisley workwear jacket, and Clinton from Under the Sun took home the raffle prize for purchases made on the night. Quiz prizes were won by many others throughout the event, adding an interactive element to the evening. Every attendee left with a goodie bag, thanks to the generosity and thoughtful planning of the hosts, making the night both informative and rewarding for all.
